Built on the belief that

Oak Bay Brewery grew from a simple conviction: that a brew should taste of the place it's made. Nestled on Main Street in the heart of Hyannis, we draw inspiration from the harbor, the seasons, and the people who gather here.

Patient Craft

We brew in small batches and never rush the process. Each beer is fermented, conditioned, and tasted until it meets the standard we set for ourselves — because good brewing can't be hurried, and neither can trust.
